Telescopic belt conveyor is mainly composed of fixed section, telescopic section, telescopic driving mechanism, belt conveying mechanism, anti-collision mechanism and control system.
And also include some auxiliary mechanism based on customer requirements such as hoop structure，lifting system ,climbing mechanism and so on.
Telescopic type machines can be of conventional or humped construction (humped telescopic machines are mainly used in sites with tight conditions, where it is convenient to arrange the interface at the more front end of the telescopic machine when unloading vehicles).

Main technical parameters
1. Conveyor Belt load carrying capacity is not less than 60kg/㎡, with positive and negative conveying function.
2. When the belt working, the belt left and right swing distance is lower than 20mm.
3. Conveying speed: 20-45m/min(frequency control ,initial speed is 30 m/min);
High speed telescopic conveyor speed::40-70m/min(frequency control ,initial speed is 55 m/min).
4. Max Stretch Speed 10m/min，frequency adjustable.
5. Belt width 800mm，thickness 3mm；PVK/PVC material.
6. The fuselage should be of sufficient strength, fully extended at rest and with full load, the droop of the three-section machine should be less than 50mm, the drop of the four-section should be less than 120mm, and the drop of the five-section should be less than 150mm.
7. Motor brand: SEW or Nord.
9. The expansion chain adopts high quality brand with sprocket tooth surface quenched.
Configuration Features
1. The telescopic motors, drive motors and hydraulic stations are of well-known brands at home and abroad.
2. The lifting and lowering angle of the telescopic machine is generally between -1° and 3°, which is adjusted according to the project situation.
3. When the telescopic and conveying motor starts, it has the function of slow start and pointing action; it can realize the function of conveying mail while telescoping, it can realize the function of forward and reverse conveying, the forward and reverse switching should be controlled separately and smooth transition.
