Unloading dock
There are 2 layers for this sorting center, the first layer is for inbound and outbound matrix sorting and the second layer is cross belt sorting system.
There are 18 inbound unloading docks and 11 outbound unloading docks.
Each unloading docks is attached with DWS integrated with Telescopic belt conveyor machine.
Automatic matrix diverter sorting line
There are 17 automatic diverter sorting line and 1 manual sorting line at inbound . 10 automatic diverter sorting line and 1 manual sorting line at outbound.
Each unloading dock unload parcels by Telescopic belt conveyor. First DWS read barcode and weigh ,then diverter sorter finish the sorting and convey to each corresponding main line through chutes to the loading truck area.
Manual unpack bags and remove abnormal parcels
Gunny bags convey to second floor unpack area by induction lines and manual unpack ,then distribute parcels to each induction lines and finally for cross belt sorter induction.
At the same time, remove abnormal parcels. Abnormal parcels were transmitted to abnormal conveyor line to manual bag packing area. Then achieve manual sorting and packing
Cross bet sorting system
After manually unpack and remove rejected parcels, and divided into 5 directions for cross belt 5 induction areas. Parcels were sorted after cross belt sorting system .
There are 2 layers Cross belt: up and down layer. Total ring length is 1362m and include 60 induction tables ,2270 carriers with 2640 chutes.

Parcels were sorted from matrix sorting and cross belt and conveyed to the designated loading area through belt conveyor.
There are 72+46 inbound loading dock and 50 outbound loading dock.
Each outbound loading dock is attached with telescopic belt conveyor.
