Diverter Sorter is a kind of parcel sorting equipment which uses conveying wheels to transmit parcels and servo motors drives a mechanical structure to control the diverting angle. The diverter sorter is mainly composed of conveying roller, synchronous diverting controller, transmission device, frame, etc. According to the signal from the sorting system, the parcels can be automatically diverted changing the direction and sorted by region, courier company, customer channel, etc..

Wusheng’s Pivot Wheel Sorter is a sorting device used primarily for sorting big bags, flexible packaging, boxes and other types of packages.

Diverter sorter adopt conveying wheel to convey parcels. With servo motor and mechanical control the diverter direction to achieve the sorting function. There are two types wheel sorter: Friction type and direct-drive

Main difference for different type

1.If at same size wheel sorter, direct-drive type assembled more denser roller disc and it can be suitable more smaller sized parcels

2.Without the friction consumption, direct-drive type can achieve higher conveying efficiency.

3.At the same loading area, the direct-drive is with higher power to convey higher loading

4.There are three pairs of servo swing to achieve higher efficiency .
