Short Description:

Principal: Visual recognition + servo drive + intelligent algorithm.

To achieves quite high throughput for a broad range of shipments – no matter what size, format and packaging material the singulator could separate and arrange each packages orderly.

To ensure a fast start to an efficient sorting process, our Visual Singulator can handle throughputs of up to 6500 parcels per hour (Parcel length 450mm.2m/s speed).

Singulator keeps every parcel single-row “formation”, intelligently lining up and automatically separating.

Singulator and 6-sided barcode scanning, auto-feeding can be achieved perfectly.

Product Description

Dijie singulator makes No MESSY parcels.

Module design , easy assemble and disassemble . Less separation section with lower cost and higher application.

Image part: Multi-group TOF cameras and RGB cameras are combined to monitor the packages on the separator in real time. By calculating the height information and graphic information, the parcels on the separator are accurately distinguished and positioned. The deep learning algorithm is applied to find the optimal solution of the package separation strategy, and the drive layer of the separator is informed to act according to the optimal strategy.

Driving layer: several groups of small belts are combined in matrix form, and a single small belt is driven by servo drive motor. Each motor driver communicates with the main control PLC through Canopen bus at a high speed, and the PLC executes the action instructions issued by the upper computer to ensure the stability and reliability of the separation system.

Adopting visual technology to identify parcels and then control small size conveyor belts to make sure each parcel ordered with some distances. .

Separation procedure monitoring

1. By real-time visual monitoring of the distance between the head and tail of the separated parcels, can get to know the separation quality of the separator that is also called stability of the separation distance. Combined with back-end electrical control, the parcel can be sorted on the back-end sorting line efficiently and successfully.

 2. By monitoring the current of all servo motors in the separation section, the potential problems of equipment operation can be found in advance, so as to avoid the loss caused by the subsequent wrong separation.

Singulador is applied as a front-end/Terminal unloading/ Cross Belt Sorting solution in Dijie’s automatic sortation systems, effectively improving the efficiency of goods sorting work. 

Front End-Loading

1. Parcels were placed on the Telescopic belt conveyor without order and stacked 。

2.  Parcels reach to the visual separator ,after camera reading parcels position information and with the algorithm will drive single or multi belts working to achieve the front and end parcel separating.   

3. After parcels were separated front and end, they will be ordered in good manner by centering machine .

4. Parcels enter into the accumulation section, so that the packages can be transmited in an orderly manner according to the specified rhythm.

5. Regular and orderly parcels enter into the the code scanning equipment and enter into the automatic sorting line after reading the information. 。

Working Flow :

1. Parcels run into singulator through main line

2. After the camera on the visual separation machine recognizes the parcel position information, it drives a single belt or multiple belts to move through an algorithm, so as to achieve the purpose of separating the parcel in back-and-forth order.

3. After the parcels are separated from front to back, the parcels are arranged in a centered and orderly manner by a centering machine.

4. Parcels enter into the accumulation section, so that the parcels can be transmitted in an orderly manner according to the specified rhythm.

5. According to the control information on the parcel induction platform, the diverter wheel sort parcels into different parcel induction lines.

 6. Parcels are automatically sorted through the cross belt on the parcel induction platform
