Project construction
This project was completed in three times delivery and disassemble the original outbound matrix and retrofit old modular equipment.
Expand original outbound matrix .As the matrix sorter is still under running ,the construction work required high working strength.
Storage area floor is not flat which made the machine installation work difficult
Project scale
Overall project include 3 storages: inbound (19 unloading dock), outbound (24 unloading dock), matrix, and one set cross belt sorter.
Project leadtime
Total construction time took 5 months and overall project control is difficult.
