After-sales service
We provide systematic training for equipment maintenance personnel before use, introduce maintenance details and problem handling modes of each equipment to ensure normal fault handling during maintenance. Maintenance personnel are arranged in day and night shifts, with a minimum of 2 people per shift (a mechanician and an electrician). Maintenance is generally divided into daily inspections and monthly maintenance and overhaul. (For inspection and maintenance details, please refer to the maintenance schedule below)
Daily inspection
Each shift needs to ensure at least one equipment inspection and keep a record of the inspection, and perform handover to another shift, informing them of the equipment usage and precautions on duty.
Monthly maintenance and overhaul
In addition to normal inspection and maintenance, it is necessary to ensure the overall maintenance and overhaul of the equipment once a month, with a maintenance duration of 3–5 days, and to keep a maintenance record sheet for future reference. (At least one additional electrical engineer and one software engineer will be assigned to the site for monthly maintenance to assist in maintenance and optimization of the system and data.)
During the peak production season
In such season, we will organize personnel in advance to conduct a comprehensive maintenance and inspection of the equipment. We will additionally arrange 2 electrical engineers, 2 mechanical engineers, and 1 software engineer (with over 3 years of industry experience) to collaborate with on-site maintenance personnel. They will inspect, handle, and maintain each item according to the equipment inspection checklist, and optimize the inspection of the entire system and data to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and reduce equipment failure rates. We will ensure that there are sufficient spare parts on site, and leave one additional electrical engineer and one mechanical engineer (with more than 3 years of industry experience) on site during peak season. The software engineer is on standby remotely at any time to ensure the normal operation of equipment during peak season activities.
During the warranty period
During this period, on-site accompanying services shall be provided 7 days a week during production time, and we will arrive at the site within 1 hour after receiving notice from the buyer during non-production time. The personnel stationed on site should be professional technical personnel from the seller who have mastered skills of equipment maintenance. In addition, a Chinese language hotline and remote support services shall be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year during the warranty period.
